Creative Agency Brandtuitive, 2017-2021

As a freelance graphic and web designer for Brandtuitive, I had the opportunity to work on a variety of print and digital projects for Nespresso from 2017-2021.
A majority of my work was to help build digital and print sales materials to support and build B2B partnerships. In conjunction with this, I helped in creating templates to streamline work for print-on-demand pieces. I also assisted with in-store signage, recipe books, menus, social media marketing, email blasts, and more.
Website redesign
Nespresso Professional is the solution for high-volume professional accounts, such as restaurants, hotels, cafés, offices. The goal of the Nespresso Pro website is not only to sell high-volume machines, but to allow client accounts to re-order coffee in bulk for their businesses or to participate in the company’s recycling program.
In 2019-2020, I assisted in designing initial phases for the website redesign. This was an opportunity to improve and modernize the UX, while aligning the creative with the current state of the Nespresso brand.
The problem
Outdated UI, cumbersome design led to poor UX; lacked clear call to actions, not mobile-friendly.
Branding was outdated, aligning more to the previous iterations of the brand: heavy on black, dark photography.
The solution
Modernize the overall design and align to the current state of the brand; improve UX through redesigned homepage, navigation, menus, PDP & PLP pages.
Clearer call to actions to drive account holders to order machines, coffee or participate in the recycling program.
