Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) for Protiviti

My role in designing for Protiviti’s DEI program was to help evolve the existing design system, pushing it a bit further. This evolution began with a series of social media posts designed or Protiviti’s Italy channels, and eventually extended over to the DEI Journey publication and beyond.

Ways we extended this design system were to bring in more colors, shapes, custom illustration, and integrate people photography for more of a human touch.
