Protiviti’s Senior Leadership Conference 2022
Formerly known as the Managing Director’s Conference, this event gathered senior directors of the company together every 18 months at a different venue. The 2022 event was the first in-person conference to take place since before the pandemic, and would be the first time most were meeting in person since 2020. Our goal was for all designed collateral to be seamless and engaging from the first touchpoint to the last.

Conference “Logo”
Historically, each conference had a “theme” with it’s own unique look and feel. This was the first year of hosting the event with it’s new name Senior Leadership Conference (SLC), and the theme of the 2022 event was Always Looking Ahead. Below are the logos we landed on, designed in horizontal and vertical lockups to allow for a flexible designs system across all pieces.
Email Invite & Registration page
The first piece of collateral release for the event was the email invite, which directed to the event registration page.
The email invite and landing page were built and sent through Cvent, the platform that was used for all digital communications leading up to and during the event.
Box & Swag for Attendees
Below is the invite box with swag that was sent out to Conference attendees.
The invite box included: event detail notecard, luggage tags, a branded passport holder and a Covid test kit for attendees to take prior to the event.

Lanyards & Nametags
To easily distinguish different attendee types, three different nametags and lanyard pairings were designed for guests, managing directors and event staff.
Cvent Mobile App
Cvent is an all-in-one mobile app that allows for email marketing, event registration, hotel booking, as well as a mobile itinerary for the event. Leading up to and during the event, attendees could access hotel/travel information, things to do in the area, information on conference events. The app also allowed for attendees to receive push notifications for certain things – like room updates, etc.
In addition to building out pages of the mobile app for the event team, I designed many pieces as self-service Canva templates so the event team could easily add/update content and export into the app without relying on our creative team throughout the event.
Environmental Signage
Our team had the opportunity to conduct a site visit several months ahead of the event, to get a sense of the space and our environmental signage opportunities. This ranged from digital screens throughout the hotel, to wall decals, floor decals, column/wall wraps, and more. I worked closely to lead assisting designers to ensure they could easily leverage concept elements throughout their pieces to allow for a consistent and seamless experience across pieces.
I designed many of the signage pieces, including the stairwell piece, column wraps, entryway decals.
